We are planning publish best papers in a post-conference LNCS issue, by Springer.

The final format follows the LNCS guidelines (http://www.springer.de/comp/lncs/authors.html). You can download the template documents.

The formatted papers can be sent by email icwe02@ing.unlpam.edu.ar until July 15, 2002.

The language of the conference is English and papers must be in this language.
